RRCSA is a club where radio control enthusiasts race 1/10 electric, 1/10 & 1/8 IC, 1/5 cars and 1/6 trucks on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month on a purpose built track in the Adelaide hills.
Our race meeting times are:
10:00am - Entries close
10:15am - Driver's briefing
10:30am - Racing
Our race day fees are:
Senior member - $15
Junior member - $10
Senior visitor - $25
Junior visitor - $10
We have an AMBrc lap counting system compatible with direct powered AMB transponders (including the new AMB RC4 hybrid transponders). We recommend you have your own transponder. These are available from hobby shops. The Club does not sell them.
The Club does have a limited number of transponders that can be hired on race days. The costs are $10 with a $50 deposit for members and a $100 deposit for non-members.
Membership fees are:
Junior $50
Senior $125
Family $175
Concession $65
Joining fee $75 which includes a key to the track
Membership fees are payable on a financial year basis. Pro-rata rates may apply at other times.
We are affiliated with the national body AARCMCC and membership entitles you to race any of the scales we race, as well as being able to race in any of the off road classes.
Members may join the Radio Racing Cars Facebook group to discuss club matters and share club information in private. Your membership status will need to be confirmed.
